DMC Size 8 Perle Cotton is a highly mercerized, twisted, non-divisible, lustrous 100% cotton thread on a ball. There are 87 yards per ball. Use for crochet, knitting, tatting, hardanger, embroidery, cross-stitch, applique, quilt tying, blackwork, redwork, lacemaking and other types of creative needlework.

Each month for 12 months, you receive the pattern and fabric to create a 12" finished quilt block. An informational sheet about that month's gemstone is also included. Patterns are easy to follow with color photos. A Finishing Kit to turn it into a gorgeous quilt is available at the end of the program. Completed quilt measures approximately 57" x 72".
