DMC Broder thread is highly mercerized 100% cotton thread with a versatile left twist, perfect for machine embroidery. It is also recommended by Linda and Becki of Piece o'Cake for hand applique projects. With over 1/2 mile of thread (547 yards) on each spool, it's also economical.

Each month for 12 months, you receive the pattern and fabric to create a 12" finished quilt block. An informational sheet about that month's gemstone is also included. Patterns are easy to follow with color photos. A Finishing Kit to turn it into a gorgeous quilt is available at the end of the program. Completed quilt measures approximately 57" x 72".
