Using the traditional red and green coloration of the 1840s, Seasons Remembered, designed by Jane Davis, features the fine buttonhole stitch applique that 19th Century women used to showcase their needle skills. There are 12 stunning, traditional applique designs (suitable for 18" blocks) in this spectacular block of the month series, plus a finishing pattern that includes the leaf border. Full-sized patterns, plus instructions for both traditional and fusible web methods of applique are included. All fabric needed to complete each block is included. A Finishing Kit to turn it into a gorgeous quilt is available at the end of the program. Completed quilt measures approximately 66" x 84".
